First visit here today referred by my mom. What an amazing experience. Everyone was truly lovely! Ursula was so sweet over the phone and in welcoming us to the clinic. Victoria was a SUPERSTAR- she made me feel so much at ease and was so invested to ensure a very positive pleasant and comfortable experience. The nicest staff. I went there for the first time to get my teeth cleaned by Olga, she was so thorough and professional, and even took the time to educate me on dental cleaning best practices. My teeth look amazing! Really happy I stumbled upon this place.
I'm so glad I found Bloor West Smiles! I was new to the area and was recommended to go here. I lost my job right after moving and the team was so amazing in dealing with my insurance company so that I could maximize my benefits. I didn't have to lift a finger! We finally found a great dental clinic after a long search and several costly mistakes. This place always takes such good care of our family, and the quality of their work is amazing. We really appreciate the level of care and attention they put into everything.
I went in for my 2nd cleaning with Constantine. This was the best dental experience I've ever had. I highly recommend him and appreciate the advice he gives to make every visit better
