Excellent customer service, but most importantly, the doctor's attention is very focused on business and not on the patient. He should be more empathetic and understand the client's position when faced with a situation of pain in his mouth/teeth.
I was disappointed, I thought I would be examined by an dentist. Instead the nurse looked into my mouth for two seconds. I was charged 60.00 dollars which I paid in cash for your great appointment clerk proved invaultionable in procuring a timely appointment in order to get the dental work done.
Had my 3rd surgery 1/21/25 and all 3 were done very professionally. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Dr Brandt and his staff.
The entire practice is very professional and efficient. Easy access, comfortable waiting area. The staff was all very friendly. Kira, my nurse, was professional, charming and very supportive. Dr. Burgoyne was very friendly, well- informed and informative. I was extremely pleased with my experience.
This was my first time having surgery in my life, anesthesia has always been a very scary thing for me that I never had experienced before. Dr. Brandt was my surgeon for my four wisdom teeth removal yesterday and I could not be happier. His wonderful staff was there every step of the way making sure I was comfortable and letting me know the process and steps they were doing.
