Everything about my experience was great! Scott at the front desk was very kind and answered my insurance questions thoroughly. Viridiana was my hygienist. She walked me through each step and was very informative. She performed the best cleaning ive had in years. Very pleased with my experience here and will be back. Highly recommend!
It's been awhile since I had that many fingers in my mouth but the staff was helpful, polite and had a great personality. They used up-to-date equipment that make the whole process a little quicker and a little less dreadful.
The staff is nice but there's a constant revolving door of Dentists that work here for a short period, then leave. I made leadership aware I was not happy about that and asked them do please do something to retain dentists better. Since I sent that email, 2 dentists have started and left within a short period. Dentists do not stick around at this practice. If you want value a good long term doctor/patient relationship do not go here.
I was very thankful this company was able to squeeze me in for an emergency visit! Thank you for that. However im very very disappointed with my dental care. I went in in excruciating pain, ear hurt, nose and had a horrible headache all from my tooth pain. Not to mention havent sleep in almost a week! They referred me to an oral surgeon, I kinda expected that. What i didnt expect is that a went in the front door crying in pain and left crying in pain. Has the world came to this. Always a pleasant experience. Staff is always very nice. Never have to wait more than 5 minutes upon arrival for scheduled appointments
