My experience with Blue Wave pools was nothing but friendly, professional, and satisfying. From the initial meeting we had with Matt, when after we met for about 30 minutes and told him what we wanted, and he took some measurements, he pulled up a computer animation of our pool and how it looked in our yard with all the water features, lighting etc. We were sold. The pool build went great and we were satisfied with the whole process. Then Don was excellent giving us a “pool school” and answers all our questions even months a... read more
We had a fantastic experience with Blue Wave Pools from start to finish. Their communication throughout the entire process was absolutely top-notch — always responsive, professional, and willing to answer every question we had. Don kept us updated every step of the way and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The attention to detail and customer service truly stood out. We would highly recommend Blue Wave Pools for your pool needs. Matt designed our pool and his team did a great job of installing our pool. It was just what we were looking for. Great customer service. They are patient and did a good job of walking through all of the features of our pool and Pool School was great.
Matt and the entire Blue Wave team far exceeded our expectations. They were able to take a stressful project and make it seamless and it turned out amazing. From the design process, to construction, to service after the completion, Matt and the team were there to guide us every step of the way! Can’t say enough good things about them. Looking forward to making memories for many years to come in our new pool, thanks Matt!
Amazing from start to finish! From our first meeting with Dawn to plan out our dream pool, to meeting with Bryan and getting everything up and running, everyone was so patient, helpful and just as excited as us! Even after everything was completed, everyone has continued to check in, answer questions, and make sure we were happy and comfortable with managing it ourselves! So excited to enjoy this investment for many years to come!
