We contracted with Blue Whale for a long term contract. They started out the gate pretty good but service went down hill. They provided false reports; showed up and replace parts with announcing what the problem had been. We later discovered that the part was not needed. They ignore proper gauge readings and fail to maintain skimmers. They take short cuts on treatment and cleaning and they're disrepectful, combative, and hostile to customer whenever they are question about service. Not recommended.
