Absolutely amazing experience for a new patient. Same day appt for a dental urgency treated by Dr. Sandlin. I have been pain free since my procedure. Highly recommend this office, professional, friendly staff and provider. Favorite part loved the worship music playing during my procedure! Thank for caring for me so timely and impacting my life, you saved my day and made a huge difference!
Great experience. I was very anxious and everyone from front desk, assistant, to Dr Williams made me feel at ease. The nitrous gas helped too! Thank you for alleviating my suffering!
I have severe dental anxiety as I hadn’t been to the dentist in many years. But Dr. Sandlin was very gentle with the numbing shots and everyone from the front desk to the assistants all helped make me feel much more relaxed. I got a root canal and so far, no pain at all. Highly recommend!
I have had nothing but great experiences with everyone at Bluegrass Endodontics- including those who have helped me on the phone making my appointments and sorting out insurance, the assistant to Dr. Sandlin, and Dr. Sandlin himself. He is very thorough and careful. Everyone on the team takes time to explain everything and to be kind and helpful. I was even given a blanket to keep me warm during my procedure since I was chilly. 😊
Finding out you need to get a "root canal" is not something you want to hear. My dentist referred me to Bluegrass Endodontiics in Hendersonville and I was kind of nervous because "root canals" tend to rank up there as one of the worst experiences ever. However, from the time I walked in to the office...I felt at ease. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.
