Absolutely amazing experience for a new patient. Same day appt for a dental urgency treated by Dr. Sandlin. I have been pain free since my procedure. Highly recommend this office, professional, friendly staff and provider. Favorite part loved the worship music playing during my procedure! Finding out you need to get a "root canal" is not something you want to hear. My dentist referred me to Bluegrass Endodontiics in Hendersonville and I was kind of nervous because "root canals" tend to rank up there as one of the worst experiences ever. However, from the time I walked in to the office...I felt at ease. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I have severe dental anxiety as I hadn’t been to the dentist in many years. But Dr. Sandlin was very gentle with the numbing shots and everyone from the front desk to the assistants all helped make me feel much more relaxed. I got a root canal and so far, no pain at all. Highly recommend!
I needed treatment for my tooth and I was lucky to receive an appointment for the next day. The doctor and staff were most kind and polite and made me feel very comfortable. They did a root canal procedure that was actually painless and I even got a follow-up call the next day to see how I was doing. I'm very happy!
