From beginning to end five star service. Pool done in 2 months. Communication was great, customer service was great. Everything great,great,great! i highly recommend this company! This company was dang near perfect! Shout out to Chris at Blue Wave who set the tone from the very beginning! Give that guy a bonus😂. Very grateful⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had an awesome experience with Blue Wave pools. From design, to educating us on maintenance of the pool everything was very professional. We were always well informed of what was occurring with construction and they stayed right on schedule. I was very glad we went with BlueWave pools and will be referring all of my friends to them. Particularly Jason who was awesome to work with.
Thank you for the great experience, we had friends that went with another well known company, but they had many difficulties at every level. But every contractor that blue wave used were great. Maybe one suggestion: More training and follow-up would have been appreciated for first time pool users like ourselves. Owning a pool has been a great experience. BlueWave Pools did an excellent job in the completion of our pool. John and his team's passion for customer service is evident. I consulted with many pool companies before settling on BlueWave. We used Blue Wave Pools through our lender/builder so that is how we came to be their customer. We loved the design and how they were willing to meet with us later in the evening as we couldn’t meet under “normal” business hours. From the beginning they were very flexible with us on that. Were their issues, yes. We have built pools with other companies but I believe it was just the perfect storm right now. Pool builders are in such demand and trades just can’t keep up.
