From beginning to end five star service. Pool done in 2 months. Communication was great, customer service was great. Everything great,great,great! i highly recommend this company! BlueWave Pools just finished building our pool in less than 4 months. From the first interaction with John I knew I found the right pool builder. The communication was key for me and they exceeded my expectations with communication. Every step of the way I received clear communication on what to expect and when. We used Blue Wave Pools through our lender/builder so that is how we came to be their customer. We loved the design and how they were willing to meet with us later in the evening as we couldn’t meet under “normal” business hours. From the beginning they were very flexible with us on that.
