From start to finish we had a wonderful experience with Blue Wave Pools. When they first started the pool, we told them we had a big Birthday Bash/Pool party scheduled and needed everything done by a certain date and they produced. There were no surprises with costs or timelines. The workman ship on every stage of the process was top notch. I would highly recommend this company to everyone! Definitely 5 stars and John was amazing to work with.

12/9 UPDATE: After this review was posted, Bluewave reached out, inspected the issue, and repaired the pool crack and sinking travertine. The team they sent out was professional, communicative, and did quality work, which we truly appreciate. The reason for the reduced rating is simply that the process felt unnecessary. We would have appreciated the issue being fully investigated when it was first reported, rather than needing a Google review to prompt follow-up. Congrats to Blue Wave staff. From Sales to Construction to orientation after completion we were pleasantly surprised!!! We are very happy with our pool and the process was about as good as you can get. Communication along the way was very good and questions or concerns were addressed quickly. Overall time frame was better than most of our friends and neighbors have experienced and the quality seems to be very good. 12/9 Update: I have updated the Google star review since Bluewave sent out good people to come and patch the pool & fix travertine tiles. I’m not giving a higher rating since it still took a google review to make them reach out. ————————————————————————————- I’m leaving this review as the daughter of the homeowner. My mom spent thousands on a pool built by this company in 2021. When the travertine started sinking in 2023, they sent someone out who simply added more dirt instead of properly checking for a leak. We used Blue Wave Pools approximately 5 years ago for our new home. Every time we reach out they are courteous and prompt to help us resolve any of our concerns. So glad we chose them and highly recommended. Customer service doesn't get any better than this!
