I rented one of the climate controlled storage units while we moved into the area. The facility was really nice, clean and easy to access in and out of. And most importantly safe and secure. Brenda is extremely nice and seems very accommodating. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for storage options.
This place is great, and Brenda is the best. She goes above and beyond, if you ever need help. The facility is new, neat, and clean. The location is perfect, because it's close to anywhere you would need to be in the greater Des Moines metro, in a place where the facility doesn't have shady looking people anywhere nearby, unlike previous units I've had, where I constantly worried about the security of my storage unit.
