I really want to like this dealership, but since they don't return my calls or help in anyway possible, I am forced to give them 1 star. I've called them about two separate issues with my X3 and both times, they say, they will investigate and give me a call back. In neither time, did they respond or call me back. I was left to call another dealership and they helped me fix my issue quickly.
