I cannot praise Jesse (service advisor) and Ryan (service technician) enough! My daughter and I, plus two puppies, were on a ten hour road trip back home to Texas. My "add coolant light" kept coming on no matter how many times I added coolant. The service department was closing in 30 minutes.. mind you, on a Saturday! I diverted the route and pulled in and they immediately welcomed me and took my car back to investigate. Crap shop service! Took in for coolant loss, they said nothing wrong w system. Cars run hot. Pointed out crusty buildup on surge tank, said it was norma during warranty coverage, few months later after warranty expired decided to investigate as still had coolant loss that didnt exist the previous time owning the car, im no bmw certified tech, but found leak that looks like it had been leaking slowly a long time. Service was great! They answered all my questions to the best of there abilities and directed me to the places I needed to go if they couldn't. Everyone had a great attitude, and a perfessional demeanor. Thank you bmw service and thank you service manager for getting me through this difficult time with ease.
The general sales manager at BMW of Springfield is not a good person. I called because they currently have a 2015 BMW i8 that I was genuinely interested in purchasing for my daily driving vehicle as I wanted an EV to drive between my home in Millwood and my shop in Hollister. They were asking $74,600 for it. I offered $72,000 and the offer was accepted.
