Absolute crap. Old air conditioning units, no parking and terrible office staff. My father is dying of cancer, the doctors have given him 3-6 months to live so I went to the office and told them I need out of my lease. I told them ill pay the $1,434 early release fee (two months rent at $717 for a shitty little studio) but I can’t give 30 days notice as I just got the news and have my flight booked in three days.
