Upon noticing I did not order enough carpet for my trailer bunks, I called and spoke with Kevin, who addressed my problem with the utmost professionalism. My carpet arrived very quickly. I built a bigger deck in the back of my boat and it matched my carpet perfectly. I was a little concerned because they only had the 16oz in my color and I was going to roll it over the edge but it turned out great. Very happy with my purchase.
