Jen at the front desk was super helpful getting records from my previous Dentist and helping with insurance. Sandra explained everything as she took X-rays. Sara had the softest touch when she did my cleaning, and Dr. PATT gave me plenty of options moving forward without the feeling of an up-sale service. My experience from start to finish was the best I’ve ever had, and the folks there make the difference.
Dr. Patt and her team are great, I chipped a front tooth and Jennifer got me scheduled quickly to get it taken care of. I was also able to get a cleaning by Sara following my tooth repair. My teeth look and feel great, many thanks to Dr. Patt and her efficient and caring team.

Good experience. Impressive office Friendly staff. Today was different. I was in the office to. have my flipper revamped to eliminate pain. I understand that the original, may not. be perfect and may need to be reshaped to fit. I did not realize that with the fitting there would be an additional charge. I was quite agitated to find out that I was to be charged an additional $150.00. In my opinion, if the original is not right and must be adjusted, then there should not be an additional charge.
