I rented a unit at the end of December in 2025, the manager said I would have 2 months at half price January and February. I paid $99 and was planning to move out in February, because I was only using it while waiting to move into a new house. February is here, I have $120 in the bank, and now they're trying to charge me $180+ and have put a lien on my account, after making multiple attempts to correct this, I've already moved all my stuff out. I have no choices but to sue this storage unit. Renters beware. I was told in December of 2025 that January and February would be $99. The manager has charged be $187 for February and now has a lien on my account and is charging me $276 after reaching out several times to fix this issue. Mr. Walsh is now ignoring all my emails and has chosen to hide from accountability. I do not recommend this service to anyone, And if you can find another storage facility. Easiest setup I've ever experienced. Had an app on my phone with a pin to open the gate within 20 minutes from starting the process on the website. The facility is clean and well maintained. Will use again.
Use this storage company if you want mouse feces in all your stuff after just 4 months of use, if you enjoy delayed communication from the owner/manager, if you want your power to be turned off and never restored (yes, rent was fully paid) and if you want to be overcharged but wait four months for a refund. Our freezer contents were destroyed due to the owner not restoring our power. Would have filed a claim but the limit is 30 days. Don't rent here!!
This is a neat, tidy, well run, business. The owner lives on the island & was on site the majority of the time. He was great with response times for any questions when he wasn't. I wish all storage places were run the way this one is. It's easy to access, the temperature range and humidity levels were great year round, and it's well lit after dark. After a year of storing my things with them, I can definitely say that I made the best storage choice & would highly recommend them!
