Use this storage company if you want mouse feces in all your stuff after just 4 months of use, if you enjoy delayed communication from the owner/manager, if you want your power to be turned off and never restored (yes, rent was fully paid) and if you want to be overcharged but wait four months for a refund. Our freezer contents were destroyed due to the owner not restoring our power. Would have filed a claim but the limit is 30 days. Don't rent here!!
This is a neat, tidy, well run, business. The owner lives on the island & was on site the majority of the time. He was great with response times for any questions when he wasn't. I wish all storage places were run the way this one is. It's easy to access, the temperature range and humidity levels were great year round, and it's well lit after dark. After a year of storing my things with them, I can definitely say that I made the best storage choice & would highly recommend them!
These guys pulled through for me in a time that I really needed it! When I got a hold of the company, they said they only had one 10' x 12' available. I explained my circumstances, and the owner told me that he'd be happy to clean out another 10' x 12’ unit full of their office supplies so that I could have two units. I sincerely appreciated the gesture. The units are clean and easy to access. Big thumbs up!
The management worked with us when we were looking for a Storage unit in the spring. We were moving and running out of time! They helped us with a unit and with the online process as well
