First rate service and facility. Clean and well maintained. Secure, yet very accessible. Responsive ownership and operation. The top choice for Central Whidbey, and a prime example of what a storage facility should offer.
Great place to store anything we moved and need to find a place for our extra stuff and our boat. Charlie was great to work with and always very helpful.
Use this storage company if you want mouse feces in all your stuff after just 4 months of use, if you enjoy delayed communication from the owner/manager, if you want your power to be turned off and never restored (yes, rent was fully paid) and if you want to be overcharged but wait four months for a refund. Our freezer contents were destroyed due to the owner not restoring our power. Would have filed a claim but the limit is 30 days. Don't rent here!!
This is a neat, tidy, well run, business. The owner lives on the island & was on site the majority of the time. He was great with response times for any questions when he wasn't. I wish all storage places were run the way this one is. It's easy to access, the temperature range and humidity levels were great year round, and it's well lit after dark. After a year of storing my things with them, I can definitely say that I made the best storage choice & would highly recommend them!
