Prior to working out at Body By Berle, I excercised regulary including distance walking, yoga and free weights at home. Although I was in good shape, within 4 weeks, I noticed a huge difference in my agility and strength. Also, the strength training has been instrumental in alleviating my aches and pains associated with Fibromyalgia and getting older. I am both mentally (endorphin release benefit) and physically stronger and look forward to the workouts.
I am 86 years old and very enthusiastic about the Berle program.The Fresh Meadows location is convenient and the gym itself pleasant . For those concerned about health,there are never more than a couple of customers at one time.. The two trainers that I have worked with, Jeff and Daryl are knowledgeable and encouraging.
