Be Cautious: $2,600+ Refund Promised, But No Cheque Received I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I retained this office for immigration services and later cancelled within the appropriate timeframe. They confirmed on February 9, 2026, that a refund cheque would be mailed on February 10, 2026. As of today, more than 15 calendar days and 11 business days have passed, and I have not received the cheque. Greedy firm. I emailed them asking about if they have experience with a specific visa (not listed on their website) and current processing times. Hannah responded back with a $4500 quote. Not sure how they came to that amount considering they have no idea what legal advice I needed. If you'd like a lawyer that is not money hungry, try someone else. I have used this firm twice now for my US Visa and it has been the most streamlined, simple, and painless process I could ever have imagined. All of the staff and the legal team are incredibly supportive, helpful and articulate in their explanations about what needs to be done and pulling the application together.
