Boris Ioffe is a fantastic doctor, very attentive, easy to talk to and personable. He is the kind of doctor that inspires confidence. Unfortunately, like many successful doctors, the office staff is hurting their business. Maybe it’s burnout, maybe it’s culture, but the office staff makes me feel like I’m infringing on their time. Every time I go in, the receptionist and assistants make me wish that I hadn’t come in.
Great follow up appointment with excellent results! Would recommend Dr Loffe
