I am in the process of finding a place that is close to one of my daughter’s and her family. We went here today to have a tour and see if this meets all of my needs. We met with her today and she listened to my needs, my wants and the questions that my daughter was concerned about. Baylee at the leasing office was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to talk to. What a pleasant experience touring the Botanic Miramar Beach Apartments with Zhane Hooks. I had viewed many apartment complexes and Botanic was my final stop, which meant I had a time constraint. Zhane was most efficient by showing me several apartment homes and did an exceptional job explaining all options (to include garages).
