I am in the process of finding a place that is close to one of my daughter’s and her family. We went here today to have a tour and see if this meets all of my needs. I had spoke with Zhane Hooks on the phone to schedule an appointment and have a tour. We met with her today and she listened to my needs, my wants and the questions that my daughter was concerned about. What a pleasant experience touring the Botanic Miramar Beach Apartments with Zhane Hooks. I had viewed many apartment complexes and Botanic was my final stop, which meant I had a time constraint. Zhane was most efficient by showing me several apartment homes and did an exceptional job explaining all options (to include garages). I could not have had a better experience and hope to return this week to tour with my husband. Thank you Zhane!
