JD with Our Water machine service was excellent! He was very professional, motivated, and extremely helpful throughout the entire service visit. He went above and beyond by cleaning up the leaked water behind the machine, which could have easily become a mold risk if left untreated. His attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. We truly appreciate the outstanding service that he provided to us here at RV Station!
Our dealership relocated our bottleless water station and Artesian sent JD out to hand the install and service the machine. As manager of a business with a service department, I can honestly say the his professionalism and attention to detail was phenomenal. Hopefully, the send JD back when we need our next service.
JD with Artesian came out and installed our new water cooler today. He was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable of his product. He gladly did a demonstration of all the functions and explained future maintenance. What a great young man, great attitude, and a great future in what he does. Don’t lose him Artesian!

I don't usually leave negative reviews unless there's just cause to do so. Artesian Water quality and convenience is top notch. But if I could give 0 stars for their field work and customer service, I certainly would. On a recent service call, we didn't wish to change filters on our 3 machines because they're advertised on the contract as "purchase as needed". The tech assured us not to worry, he'd get those charges waived. So who could turn down this offer, right? Big mistake because guess what, they charged us nearly $500... read more
