Randy took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options before making a decision. I work for Community Network and our office had the pleasure of meeting Tolby today, he was very professional and he took the time to educate us on our new ice/water machine. Just started our service with office H2O and already am in love with the system amd how well it works. Installation was fast and they gave an explanation on how to use everything properly. We recently switched from culligan which tried to take our coolers after a payment issue and only owing $80 and their system not taking the payment we had submitted.
