Mike B. is always very nice when he is at the office. He explained that there had been a leak, he replaced what was needed, walked me thru what to do if the pressure is too high and briefly went over other new services. We will request Mike from now on!

Doug Bryson came from Artesian water to install our 17 bottleless water stations. We are a large factory and with minimal fresh water resources. So structurally, it wasn’t the easiest install. But we were so impressed. Every water station was installed quickly and with proper pressure. Our employees can’t believe the difference in taste. Doug was thorough with the quality of his work. And that kind of spirit is present within the entire Artesian company.
