I have been a patient of this office for over 3 decades. I always appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, particularly the front office when it comes to scheduling my appointments as my work schedule is challenging at times. I find my hygienist, Ariel, does a thorough job without causing unnecessary discomfort and has a great personality. She is always willing to work with my particular quirks. Dr. Katz is great. I was very impressed with the clean modern facility. Even the waiting room was very comfortable. All staff members were very pleasant and professional and made me feel relaxed. My dental concerns were diagnosed and we discussed my options. I highly recommend Bow Family Dentistry.
Brought my 2 year old in for her first dentist visit, the staff at Bow Family Dentistry were amazing. They were kind, understanding, and patient. They made my daughter feel comfortable and made her 1st appointment fun!
DR Katz was very helpful and willing to my sure we understood the option we had. Her nurse was alsn fantastic. This is a great place right from the beginning the receptionist was pleasant and very friendly. Great job to all that worked there.
First time here and very happy everyone was very friendly and professional they treat patients with care and compassion and make sure you understand everything going on. Never thought I would say going to the dentist was a good experience lol but can say that now. Also got the price for a treatment and seems pretty reasonable to me. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist or even someone who may have had bad dental experience in the past.
