Love Bow Family Dentistry! Everyone there is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are easy to talk to and answer questions and concerns thoroughly. I highly recommend them.
Have been a client since Dr. Cronhardt was with Lamprey Dental. So that’s been almost 40 years. Today was the worse experience. Had a 10:15 appointment for a cleaning and wasn’t taken til almost 11:00. If I arrived 40 minutes late I would not have been seen and charged for my missed appointment. My time is just as valuable as their time. If I hadn’t driven an hour and a half I would have walked out. No excuses for running that late at that time of day. Guess it’s time to change dentists.
My husband and I have been patients at Bow Family Dentistry for about 37 years now, and we are very happy with the caring professionals that have kept our teeth healthy over the years. Dorlene is always welcoming with her beautiful smile at the front, and Jane is my favorite hygienist. Dr. Cronhardt has since retired, but the doctors who've taken over are awesome as well. We would highly recommend Bow Family Dentistry.
This dental office staff is simply the best. It is bright and friendly both in caring staff and atmosphere. The hygienists and dentists explain their procedures and always ensure that I am comfortable. The office staff also are smiling and cheery and very helpful.
I've been seeing Bow Family Dentistry for about 2 years now. Their treatments are the latest and the care is impeccable! They are thorough and have done a wonderful job addressing my needs. The hygienists are fantastic as well. Thanks to the entire staff!
