The office is near my home, and it's handy. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They answered my questions with ease and clarity. I was surprised at the amount of time it took, but impressed with very modern equipment that gave detailed information. Doctor and her assistant were a comfortable team.
I went to Bow Family Dentistry for TMJ I developed after an assault; I instantly felt at ease with the kindness of Dr. Katz as well as her support staff. I had seen multiple providers regarding multiple injuries and honestly and truly feel that the care providers here are the only ones who have truly cared and worked to help me get my quality of life back. I will never make a complete and full recovery, but Dr. Katz has been determined to get me as close as she possibly can, and for that I am grateful.
Today was my first visit to this visit. Everyone introduced themselves to me and made me feel comfortable. The staff was easy to talk to. The dentist was very informative and talked about different options. I laughed several times during this visit. I even left and said thank you, I had fun. Now I know I’ve never said that after a dentist visit before!
I have been a patient of this office for over 3 decades. I always appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, particularly the front office when it comes to scheduling my appointments as my work schedule is challenging at times.
