Today was my first visit to this visit. Everyone introduced themselves to me and made me feel comfortable. The staff was easy to talk to. The dentist was very informative and talked about different options. I laughed several times during this visit. I even left and said thank you, I had fun. Now I know I’ve never said that after a dentist visit before!
Loved my first experience at Bow Family Dentistry! They are welcoming, knowledgeable and very thorough. They take the time to answer any questions and explain their processes. Dr. Katz and her team are amazing!
I actually really enjoy this Practice. Dr. Katz is very personable and informative. I also really appreciate and enjoy the education/preventative advice of my hygienist, Nicole. She’s personable, respectful and explains everything in a very understandable way.
Great office! From the Dental Assistant that greeted me, the doctor, even the staff working the front desk were welcoming and warm. Although I may have a journey ahead, I’m confident that I will be in good hands at Bow Family Dentistry.
I was very impressed with the clean modern facility. Even the waiting room was very comfortable. All staff members were very pleasant and professional and made me feel relaxed. My dental concerns were diagnosed and we discussed my options. I highly recommend Bow Family Dentistry.
