Brought my 2 year old in for her first dentist visit, the staff at Bow Family Dentistry were amazing. They were kind, understanding, and patient. They made my daughter feel comfortable and made her 1st appointment fun!
First time here and very happy everyone was very friendly and professional they treat patients with care and compassion and make sure you understand everything going on. Never thought I would say going to the dentist was a good experience lol but can say that now. Also got the price for a treatment and seems pretty reasonable to me. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist or even someone who may have had bad dental experience in the past.
Bow Family Dentistry is the best place around. Dr. Katz is amazing, and the whole team is very warm, welcoming, and supportive! After struggling to take care of my teeth growing up, I had given up the idea of ever having a good smile. Dr. Katz and the team have done what I thought was impossible, and gave me my smile back! Excellent service and professionalism. No concerns about the service that I received. I do wish that you would not provide the little plastic carry out bags for the toothbrush, toothpaste and floss you give out each visit. Maybe ask if the patient wants? Most all plastic does not get recycled
I have been seeing Dr. Katz and hygienist Nicole for my dental care, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Dr. Katz is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really helps put me at ease. Nicole is fantastic—she is thorough, gentle, and always friendly. She makes cleanings feel easy and stress-free.
