Don’t rent from here ! No cameras someone i know rents here and their storage unit was broken into . No one has notified anyone of break ins ! After the first break in cameras should’ve been installed and people should’ve been notified ! This had to be an inside job because you need a code to get in! This was a lock found outside. It’s now in police custody. Office only says “file a report “ and cover up’s to 2k. Over 7k was stolen from the storage.
I was a little confused by the map, but I figured out my unit location. Unit was very clean and well maintained. I only wish there were cameras and a way to contact the site for sure. I tried to call- automated system then transferred to the phone ringing until I decided to hang up.
Absolutely love this place. Incredibly affordable pricing. The staff is very friendly when you call them. There is adequate lighting at night, and the large units outdoors have lights and electrical outlets. Have no complaints.

Well I used the storage unit on tiger drive in thibodaux la for 14 months the customer service is none...they won't answer the phone and you must call a different city if you want to speak with anyone I had to do this to change my payment option...no worries they ignored it or can't read so they cut my lock off threw it in my unit no call no text just locked yay apon calling to inquire about it.WoW thanks for the late fee I didn't earn them I opened my unit and yay roaches the upper part of the units are open through our the... read more
