Dr. Derrick was amazing - I felt seen and heard. She was extremely kind and I was able to get started on my spider vein treatment immediately. 24 hours later and I can see improvements already. Dr. Derrick and her staff are the very best! On 11-6-24, I phoned the office for an appointment since my lower leg was swollen and painful. They scheduled an appointment for me and I was seen within 2 1/2 hours!! Even though Dr. Derrick's schedule for the day was full, she found time to see me! The Boxbar Vascular team is wonderful! Dr. Derrick and her team are all compassionate and caring. Her knowledge of lipedema and interest in helping people with an often undiagnosed and misunderstood condition is something you don’t find in many health care practitioners today. She ensures her patients are heard and makes sure you have time to ask all of your questions. I highly recommend Boxbar Vascular!
Dr. Derrick is an amazing surgeon and her team is friendly and professional. I’ve had both ablation and spider vein removal with her and every procedure is top notch - she’s great at explaining, even makes it kind of fun? Highly recommend!
When I opened their door I was put in a terrific mood. The place is decorated with opulence and everyone is genuinely nice and attentive. I was not rushed and felt heard and appreciated . I look forward to the surgery and expect to be pleased.
