I was establishing as a new patient today. There was a lot of paperwork that I hadn’t anticipated or allowed enough time to complete. The questions were very thorough, which mostly made me feel more secure about their level of knowledge of my medical history. I was impressed with all the staff and especially the ARNP, Emily Begley. I had an excellent experience at Boyne Dermatology. I went in for a lesson on my skin and was impressed from start to finish. The staff at the front desk were friendly and checked me in quickly. The Dr took the time to evaluate and explain what I had and the treatment The office was clean, modern, and the wait time was minimal. Highly recommend Dr. Boyne for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring dermatologist.”
Very friendly staff, Dr. Joy Boyne did an excellent job diagnosing and treating my issue, she even gave me some free samples for my skin. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend. Note, they do accept more insurances other than what is listed on their website. Call to confirm.
As I stood in line another patient walked in after me and the receptionist waited on her. The last appointment I was at the window speaking directly to the receptionist when she stopped talking to me and waited on two people that walked by the window. I felt like I didn’t matter. On the upside the clinical staff were professional and courteous.
Had my first appointment today and it was GREAT! I found Dr. Boyne by just searching for a dermatologist online and I came across her google reviews and thought she would be a good fit!
