We see Dr. Kelli Rudman and we absolutely adore her. We went through a pretty scary thing with our toddler and she was wonderful. Informative, thorough, empathic, and really focused on such a high level of care. I would recommend her to anyone!
Their appointment scheduling system sucks . It takes more than 45 mins on call for just scheduling a new audiology appointment. They ask all questions and they say they don’t have an online or in person schedule to fill in the PII details . Their system is completely a big scarp . After 45 mins they say that they don’t have any benefits for the insurance that we provide . Why can’t they check this major information on first 5 mins of the call rather than 45 mins of wait time . Big idiotic hospital this is .
I couldn’t have better things to say about Dr. Sjulin! This has been my second visit with him for two different concerns and both times he was extremely thorough in explaining things as well as taking time to answer all of my many questions. He used whatever tools and resources necessary to ensure everything was observed and confirmed.
Our nurse Ramona was fantastic! She made sure my daughter was happy as well as kept my husband and I in a comfortable place. Not only was she fantastic, but the whole team was from the doctor, to the anesthesiologist to the nurse team. Thank you for a great experience!
We have received excellent care here from Dr. Leight. They always take time to ask and listen about what is going on, and comes up with a plan to treat it. Also, he is good with coming up with other options to try first before jumping to the surgical option. The only downside is the wait time sometimes. However, it is understandable being specialist, especially during cold and flu season.
