Expressed urgency of situation when needing air dryer fixed for the shop. Over a month later and machine still not working. Many emails didn't get responses. Overall, terrible experience as it cost a lot of time and money and still no further along.
Great company to work with. They usually have the same technician that knows our facility and equipment. Pat is my technician and does a excellent job. Highly recommend him for any service.
