Expressed urgency of situation when needing air dryer fixed for the shop. Over a month later and machine still not working. Many emails didn't get responses. Overall, terrible experience as it cost a lot of time and money and still no further along.
Great service and communication. Always helping to support our equipment while here performing our PM’s, and when in need of service/repairs. Always willing to take calls with questions from our staff on issues and concerns with our compressors.

11-13-23 Schweiss had a service call scheduled for today between 11or 12 to inspect our compressor Tj answered the phone and got defensive and hung up on me ! We have been begging for service and poor response ! I do not appreciate your customer service this is the 2nd time your company blew us off ! Caution not much there for customer service ! Sad Day
