Working with Dan on the sale of our home was a pleasure. Dan did a great job recommending upgrades (without breaking the bank) prior to hitting the market, setting a realistic sale price, and marketing the home. He knows what works and what doesn't and as a result our house went rather quickly for a fair price. Dan is a straight shooter and we really appreciated this aspect of his personality. We closed on our beautiful home several months ago with the kind and skillful assist of Barbara Dansby. It had been many years since our last home purchase and Barbara was there to guide us through the process.
