Highly recommend going to Bradford Family Dentistry. I used to get my dental cleaning done at some other clinic, I have sensitive teeth and the cleaning was always very stressful for me. Switching to this clinic was an excellent decision, the cleanings are no longer stressful for me and the hygienist is extremely good at what she does. I no longer need freezings for cleanings. The service and hospitality of this clinic is one of the best in the area.

I highly recommend going here. My son who’s 4 had his first dentist appointment today and I wanted to thank all the staff and doctors who assisted us today. Very grateful for finding this place. My son loved the place and everyone was absolutely wonderful. He had his check up and safe to say it was breeze.

"I had a fantastic experience at Bradgord Family Dentistry office! Dr. Jesse Chai was incredibly thorough and gentle, making sure I was completely comfortable during my appointment.The front desk staff was friendly, and I was taken back for my appointment exactly on time. Highly recommend for anyone with dental anxiety."

I’ve been going for a couple of years but today I had a humiliating experience. I didn’t like the feel of the flouride treatment on my teeth- it’s sticky/tacky, a bit like wax. Unlike previous flouride treatments and was not advised this would be different. I asked the woman at the front desk if I could get it taken off. I was LAUGHED AT. She proceeds to say ‘uh oh… Jen!!’ And calls the hygienist over. I was told I could brush my teeth at home. They would mark it on my chart that I don’t like flouride. We love coming to Bradford Family! Everyone is so welcoming and very nice. We love all the hygienist especially Suada and Dr Chai is pretty amazing as well.
