Nicole has really stepped up compared to the previous manager. She listens to residents, takes initiative, and genuinely cares about keeping the property clean and well maintained. Any issues that come up are addressed quickly, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. I would not recommend living here. Residents are paying for amenities like the pool that have been unavailable due to ongoing plumbing issues. There is also no working central air, and many residents have had to rely on window units or buy their own during the extreme heat. To make matters worse, the community room has been closed, leaving residents with nowhere on the property to cool off during these extreme heat conditions. I have lived down the street from this complex for quite some time and all I have to say is that I would never recommend someone to live here. They advertise a pool that I have never once seen full or open during the summer months. They didn’t mow their entire few blocks worth of property for WEEKS when the grass started growing this year. Don’t live there worst place in whole USA better live somewhere else i moved out Since May 2025 they still owe me my deposit that is 750$ and apartment are worse small and no check and balance not a save place the Staff is bad except one young Lady work there she can’t do anything because she doesn’t have any authority be careful.

I don't live here, but from what I've read they are leaving residents without Air Conditioning in over 100 degree heat. I'd strongly consider if you're willing to pay rent to a place every month that will not act to fix a problem that could harm you or your family.
