Don’t live there worst place in whole USA better live somewhere else i moved out Since May 2025 they still owe me my deposit that is 750$ and apartment are worse small and no check and balance not a save place the Staff is bad except one young Lady work there she can’t do anything because she doesn’t have any authority be careful.
Angela has been a great property manager since the new management company took over. She has done alot for the community and excited to see her turn this place around.
The new property management so far is doing an amazing job. They pay attention to details and are right on it when it comes to handling issues/concerns. Angela the new property manager has been doing amazing work as well!
Angela at the front desk was very friendly and made sure to talk though everything. I really liked that she came in earlier than scheduled to help me get into my apartment!
Where to start way overpriced for the area their "renovated" apartments are laughable apartment wasn't cleaned still having to throw away trash from the last tenant paint on carpets and floors holes in wall AC doesn't work window locks came pre broken on the upside they will have a smile on their face while they rail your wallet and hold you to a standard they can never meet themselves
