My family and I absolutely LOVE Dr. Golner. He has been my children's primary care doctor for 16 years and I would recommend him to anyone. He is so great with children - both young and teens. He speaks to them at their level. He listens and doesn't make you feel rushed. He follows up. He has always made my children feel so comfortable.He takes his time to make a diagnosis, doesn't jump to conclusions, really listens and evaluates the concerns.
Dr Golner has been the doctor for my special needs grandson for years and years. He is so good with my grandson. Dr Golner knows exactly what to do so that my grandson is comfortable and even enjoys some of his visit. If you have a special needs child, you won't get a better doctor anywhere.
Our 5 year old was terrified to see a healthcare practitioner after a horrific experience at a Banner Urgent Care. He heard her distress and came into the room acting silly, using every strategy to win her over. He was able to do a complete physical and address her resp distress, snoring, wheezing.... I looked all over the valley for a good Dr. His father Dr Gerald Golner was my Dr all growing up. We tried Dr Brad Golner & from the first he has been amazing! He is incredibly intelligent, works to find the best solutions & I am often surprised by a personal followup call directly from him after hours to check up on a sick child, for an update. His level of concern, dedication, expertise & patient edu are second to none. He's always on time, appts are never rushed & nurse Oscar is great! 17yrs
Visited the doctor for a simple hygiene issue of my kid's ear wax clean up. Even this small issue was not handled properly. Called back to express my concern and dissatisfaction of the service but was politely pushed back. All time and money spent went for a total waste. At least the doctor should have shown willingness and courtesy to do a check up again in this case.
