I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company extremely easy to deal with helpful accommodating friendly and hard working. These gents worked like trojans and even serenaded us I would HIGHLY recommend if you are moving to give Ben and his team a call. We cant thank you enough!
Fantastic service from Ben and his team. We used the full packing and removal service which I highly recommend. Everyone was polite, professional and really friendly which helped calm my nerves. Everything was packed and moved to a high standard. The whole service was excellent value for money, and although I never want to move again, Ben and his team made the whole experience pain free.
I used Braithwaite’s Removals this month to help me with an unusual situation. I need a loft space and large cupboard clearing upstairs and bought downstairs. Not a ‘normal’ moving scenario. Ben (MD) was amazing and very efficient. Came to house promptly and quoted a very fair price. No pressure on me just said he would sort out a team when needed. I went ahead and they were brilliant. Ben & his team did a STERLING job moving my 86 year old Mother from her bungalow to a managed accomodation 1st floor flat. Right from the go, they were all courteous, professional & efficient. We had to wait quite a few hours before the monies transfer completed but that was no problem to them - they packed everything up & went off until we were ready & they then moved all the stuff in without any fuss. Thank you Ben & team - I highly recommend Braithwaite's Removals & wouldn't hesitate in using them again if ever needed.
What a fab team from start to finish. Very competitively priced and professional. Ben turned up as agreed to give us a quote and was very helpful answering questions along the way. We only got a week's notice for our move and they were able to fit us in which was much appreciated. On the day the team turned up and were all very polite and chatty which made things less awkward.
