Whatever I say here won’t do justice to how great this company is, especially Dane. I worked with him to get a mortgage—an absolutely great person with a great attitude. He always responded quickly and helped with any questions I had. I’ll tell you right now, if any family or friend needs a mortgage in the future, I’d send them here without even thinking twice. If it’s in California or any state this office can work in, it’s definitely Dane. If not, they are still they’ve got offices all over the USA.

Mike and Keith were both great at guiding us (me and my boyfriend Max) through our primary residential mortgage experience. They were both patient when we had questions and very clearly outlined everything they needed from us. We had a tight timeline (30 days) to close and Mike was able to get us to close even earlier than expected. I'd definitely work with them again and will be referring my friends to them when they decide to purchase a home/condo in the future. We love Mike and Keith!

Mike was amazing! I had worked with Mike before for clients buying houses, so I knew how he outperformed other lenders. When we wanted to refinance our condo we knew he would help us get through it. He and his team were organized, conscientious and responsive throughout and he even helped us format some documents properly. We were really happy with the result and absolutely recommend him.

Michael is incredibly quick and concise and transparent with his communications. He is very patient too. His team members too are highly efficient and make the process very smooth and easy. I have now used PRMI twice for a mortgage. Harry Payne, the mortgage banker who serviced my request, was professional and insightful. He made this process far less burdensome than I have experienced in the past with others. All along the process Harry set accurate expectations that measured well against the real process. He used tools to advise me when to lock my rate and this turned out to be at or below the best rate available.
