Ive had such great progress with Brandon Banks. Very easy to speak with and can meet you where you are at. I dont feel judged. He is direct and polite. He is able to help me articulate feelings that I didn't have the right words for. The tools he has given me has also opened up such insight to myself. Its been a great experience and a great gift of self care.

Brandon was such a key tool in changing my life by teaching me how to approach life with different thinking patterns, and emotional regulation.
