I started care with Brandy Hill, communicating that I was only in need of med management. I was asked during our first and second appointment if I was in need of therapy as well, to which I declined because I received therapy from another provider. Since I am on a high deductible plan, I budgeted for med management only. Brandy Hill decided to bill me for med management AND therapy services anyway for the same appointment in the same day causing me to have to pay more than I was expecting and agreed to.
