We have had the pleasure of being tenants of Brandywine for the last 8.5 years. This company has been absolutely amazing! The upkeep and the maintenance of our home was spectacular. Maintenance requests were answered with contractors being scheduled within 48 hrs all 8 years we have resided with Brandywine. They were always extremely accommodating and helpful. Troy is a great handyman! He is very personable and easy to communicate with and really seems to know his stuff. I have owned two houses for the last 20 years and learned how to do a whole bunch of general repair work myself, so I can tell that he knows what he's doing. Brandywine is very responsive to our maintenance requests and the communication is great with them too, both over the phone and through the website portal.
Maintenance man William Meeks took care of our fence within 5 days after making the maintenance report. He was very communicative about the process, made sure myself and my family were in the loop for his arrival and departure, and we have no complaints. Very professional and highly recommend to rent from. We are a military family and they have been good to us.
Troy was very quick and helpful with my screen door repair and room light fan. If I have to put in a service request in the future, hopefully he is available. He has been the most helpful out of the previous maintenance men that have come here.
Jacksonville Brandywine is the best. Brandon is always willing to help in any way. His branch is right on point. I have never had any issues getting something handled or addressed. Any time I have talked to Renee on the phone she is on it lightning fast. The entire team is just amazing. Thank you for the prompt service and the polite customer experience. Terri
