Great location and property, property management is very responsive to inquires and maintenance request, Reanna and Kalin have been helpful from my inquiries prior to signing the lease and to current date. Appreciate the text message service they respond quickly. Update 2024- lives here 2.5 years and it was a wonderful experience. Management is responsive and takes care of what’s needed, appreciated the lawn care service, sprinklers and filter program. Overall due to relocation out of state we would have stayed.

I just want to say that Paul is AMAZING!! He came in and fixed where the leak was and the garage stripping. He is such a wonderful person to work with. Thank you to the property staff, Israel as well to get the issues resolved.

Amazing neighborhood and homes. I have amazing space and the move in process was very clear and easy. I was also approved very quickly! Katrina and Allison answered all of my questions immediately and I would definitely recommend Brandywine homes!
