Ketra Richmond, National Leasing Agent at Brandywine Homes USA was so great. She was a pocket full of sunshine that was so helpful and kind through an already stressful process. I just recently moved after living in Winding Creek for 5 years. I moved in during Covid while retiring from the Army. The property manager at the time was Kalin Butler. The entire process was seamless and that’s exactly how the rest of the years has been since.
