Terribly run. They know there are little options so they don’t care when their equipment breaks. They left my battery in and I had to replace two brand new batteries. They also aren’t launching our boats over the holiday as their only way to get boats broke. No compensation or alternatives are being offered. Manager just told me That they Aren’t making money so we are just out of luck. They will get to fixing it when they have time yet they are still bringing in our money.

Our family has vacationed here for over 30 years. We have always been pleased with how we were treated here at this Marina. Until today. We rented a pontoon boat for my little sisters birthday due to my grandfather and I not being able to use our jet skis due to medical reasons this year. We secured the rental on Sunday July 7 for today (Tuesday July 9) when we rented the boat they took our phone number, name, email address, and credit card and told us it was secure and we could leave.
