Rude, unprofessional, and a bully who will gaslight you into submission. That’s my experience renting from Braun Property Services owner Paul T. Villaluz Weubbe. Don’t let it happen to you. As background, Paul was previously with Laughton Property Management, which I wouldn’t recommend either. Roughly a year into renting, my rent was increased, and the property was transferred to the company Paul created.
