Mailboxes don't work. There aren't any cameras. No keypad or locks on the pool. Management is very aware but doesn't do anything. I was told to stop calling about a pool problem because they won't do anything about it. Also, they no longer power wash the pool, before they open it for the season. Very interesting choice of uhm... "Lawn ornaments" lately. There are empty modelo cans always scattered about and once we even came across an incapacitated (very drunk) Mexican male passed out beside the dumpster! This was mid day on a Sunday, btw. They need security, it is not a safe place anymore.

Walls here are very thin to the point you can hear everyone’s conversations, when they go to the bathroom, and when they are in the kitchen. The rental portal they use is setup in away that if you don’t make sure your auto pay is set for the first of the month you will always be charged late fee and the staff is kinda rude. The bar across the street can be loud at random points during the week. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the neighbors beside and above you. Raised rent for apartments that weren’t even nice to begin with. They didn’t even repaint the walls before I moved in so there was a bunch of marks. They charge you for maintenance if “the technician isn’t in the area and if something is your fault.” Of course they don’t convey this beforehand. If you want something mediocre, you can move here but I suggest looking elsewhere.

Been living here for a few months and I love it so far! Great area rent is a good price and my electricity and water Bill's are insanely cheap for my 2 bedroom apt. Only complaint I have would be the lawn service comes insanely early, usually around 6 or 7 am! I work night shift so its not always terrible but on my off days sometimes I'm just getting to sleep before they wake me... it is a beautiful place to live though so it makes it worth it. Managers are also top notch.
