(PROS) I have lived here a grand total of 8 years. At first the management and the maintenance team had quite the attitude problem. They still managed to keep the property looking nice and getting to your maintenance needs in a timely manner. Now the Complex haw been under a new management for a couple of years now since I moved back here 3 years ago. Things are still done in a timely manner, but with a much more approachable attitude. Horrific. If you are or have ever been in a domestic violence situation I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND these people to rent from. I even signed a VAWA paper and a crime victims paper. I was in an incident where I had to call the police and since I had to call police I was removed from my home…. I wasn’t given an appeal or any information for compliance. Anytime I asked I was hung up on. Because of this I had to get an attorney and now suing for security negligence and wrongful eviction… absolutely heart breaking. They don’t care ab... read more

Very poor performance I’m very disappointed in the interaction I had with leasing staff very rude i couldn’t quite understand her I asked her to repeat herself so I can better understand her she had a thick accent she was very rude she was talking very fast she told me she already said that and then hung up on me I just feel like the lack of professionalism was very shocking Maybe it was just her off day but still not an excuse to hang up on a future prospect just do better maybe take a Woosah moment before answering the pho... read more

The manager and assistant manager are nice. But the maintenance guy Steve is very nice nasty and disrespectful. He called me mean because I didn't speak to him while in the office . I needed my front door lock fixed. He came over there , didn't fix my lock at all , made it worse !! Thought he was at liberty to speak unprofessional and didn't like what I had to say! Then he threw my key from the front door and almost his my son!! ! No one should feel bold enough to argue nor disrespect a tenant or their out of retaliation !!... read more

I would give five stars over all, but I’m only giving 4 because of the constant parking wars that happens. I think every apartment should have 1 assigned parking spot. My kids have special need medical conditions and on several occasions we’ve gotten stuck having to park at the office and walk to our building. I wish they could assign parking spots in the included hefty rent price but understand that is ultimately up to corporate not the property office manager. The office staff is friendly and welcoming.
