I have been living here for almost 6 months. The apartment complex is really safe for the New Orleans area. The staff are very nice and helpful. They fixed everything I needed in a short time. They kept my apartment away from cockroaches when I saw some walking around the kitchen and bathroom area. It was a renovated unit with a washer and dryer. I just moved out because I was relocated for work to another state. I really recommend Surf Rider apartment homes to be your new sweet home.
These apartments are spacious and the area is fairly quiet. The leasing office manager, staff, and maintenance crew are great! I lived here for 3.5 years and never had any issues. Work orders were always addressed fairly quickly, rent increases at lease renewal were fair, and I always felt safe in this complex/neighborhood.
I've been living her for about a year and have had no issues. Every maintenance request has been attended to quickly and they listen to other feedback given. Every time I enter the office the staff is professional and friendly. The helped us out tremendously when getting into the apartment. The grounds are always kept neat and manicured. I've had no problems with neighbors, everyone is nice and theirs only a few of us in the building. The pool is a lovely bonus.
This is the perfect apartment complex. I live in a one bedroom, and it is huge with more than enough closet space. It also comes with regular sized washer and dryer machine. The complex also has a security gate, which is an added bonus. I definitely recommend living here!
Went here filled out everything.couldn't get I t .make ok money make everything else. Work but u have to u make 3 times the rent to get in. So long as you make the rent every month should be good. Rent only 610 a no that suck !
