My dryer busted at home and don't have finances to buy a new one at the moment. we have been able to come in multiple times to use the dryer and then suddenly one of the employees says something about only being able to use the dryers if we use the washers. They're washing machines are not reasonably priced and can't afford to be using multiple washing machines when I only need a dryer. The dryers are the only machine that's affordable. We apologize for the frustration. The reason for that policy is to prevent soiled items from being put into the dryer. This policy ensures that all our customers know that anything that goes into the dryer is clean ahead of them. Any laundromat that does not have such a policy eventually has people come in with soiled garments that they just need to dry.
