Life Stance is a professional practice that can help coordinate your care with your therapist. They do virtual and in- person visits. you have to be somewhat computer to savvy. They want you to confirm your appointment and fill out paperwork online before your appointment once you’re an established plate patient it’s usually smooth sailing from there. I would recommend
