We’ve had excellent service from Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning. All their employees have been wonderful. Today, Dakota came out for our 1 year servicing on our generator. He was very thorough explaining everything and answered all my questions. Great company!
Our repair technician Dom was fantastic! He arrived on time and was efficient in diagnosis of our furnace issue. After quoting repairs on our furnace he patiently Answered all my questions about the repairs and our furnace “life span” in general. He provided additional estimates I requested and answered more questions I had about replacement. He was very helpful. We decided to replace the furnace. And have our vents cleaned. The whole process with Brennon heating was an exceptional experience!
We had a problem with our furnace shutting down periodically and I had hired another company to troubleshoot the problem earlier but it appeared they were more interested in selling me a new furnace then troubleshooting the problem. Highly recommend this company who went above and beyond to get me squeezed in same day to service my furnace that suddenly died. Schedules shift, worked after normal hours, totally professional and thorough, all to make sure I was happy and had a heated home for the weekend! Thanks guys.
