4 companies provided quotes to replace a 33 y/o Payne 80% single stage furnace. It was old (fan motor was showing bearing wear) but still running, so I hoped not to get taken advantage of with an 'emergency' situation pricing. Very pleased with the install of a hybrid heat pump AC unit. Great crew, very professional and provided me with clear options about location and wiring.
Since I was coordinating service with Costco I wasn't sure what the experience with a 3rd party contractor would be like, but Brennan exceeded my expectations on all fronts. The estimate process was easy and was without any of the pressure I have experienced with other companies. My home heater suddenly shut down and would not restart. Since Brennan HVAC had installed the unit about 10 years prior they were my first call. Since the outside temperature was cold the house was cooling quickly and timely diagnosis/repairs were critical. We’ve had a consistently great experience with Brennan Heating and Air. They originally installed our AC unit back in 2010, and it’s still running strong today, which says a lot about the quality of their work.
