Our repair technician Dom was fantastic! He arrived on time and was efficient in diagnosis of our furnace issue. After quoting repairs on our furnace he patiently Answered all my questions about the repairs and our furnace “life span” in general. He provided additional estimates I requested and answered more questions I had about replacement. He was very helpful. We decided to replace the furnace. And have our vents cleaned. The whole process with Brennon heating was an exceptional experience!
Dakota and Brian were professional, pleasant, respectful and kept me informed while performing maintenance on my HVAC system. Excellent service! I highly recommend Brennan Heating and A/C for all your heating, cooling, and electrical needs.

We chose Brennan Heating through Costco and paid several thousand dollars more specifically for the higher level of customer service we were promised, but the experience has been the opposite. The installation was left incomplete, multiple technicians failed to fix issues leaving us with no heat and the communication throughout the process was extremely poor.
