The receptionist management and communication need improvement. The staff handling appointments and inquiries are disorganized and not very helpful. The dentist is rough-handed during procedures and doesn’t come across as friendly, often talking more about himself than engaging with patients. However, the hygienists and techs do a good job and are professional.
Dr Klym is a wonderful dentist. He is compassionate, caring and does a great job. He has all the latest technology and makes you feel right at ease. The staff is also very helpful and go the extra mile. I know my dental needs are in good hands with Dr Klym and his staff. Thank you.
Been going there for over 2 years now. We have a total of 6 in our family that had been getting dental work done there. Day before an appointment we called to confirm because we hadn't heard anything and we were told we are no longer a client of theirs anymore due to having to reschedule 3 different times. "It was too much stress on there employees to have to do reschedules "
Excellent work for an affordable price. His receptionist Katie is so sweet. Tracy cleaned my teeth and does a superb job. Dr. Klym does everything he can to put patients at ease and make the experience as comfortable as possible. I recommend him and his staff to everyone!
I am so, so HAPPY with everything and everyone at this practice! Right from the start I was put at ease with all my procedures.
