My experience dwith Dr. Rajca was excellent. The exceptions with my visit are as follows: The communication (IT) is horrible. I must have had 8 messages and 3 emails in the same morning. All wanted to offer date of visit changes. I could not type fast enough to get my acceptance sent until I received a notice it was taken. Definately needs an IT retrofit! He had just changed his schedule to one day in the office. I have cirhossis and am very anxious to see a good hepatologist. I've never felt so rushed. I'm not even sure he listened to everything I tried to talk about! When he left the room, I was like "What? Is that it!" I've been researching other doctors, and I guess I'll drive to Tampa or further to see a good doctor. He certainly doesn't have good bedside manners with his office appointments.
Dr. Rajca listened to my concerns as an otherwise healthy 22 year old when it came to my symptoms of a rare autoimmune disorder that he diagnosed me with. From ordering blood work to advocating for me regarding a treatment plan with my primary provider in ways I couldn’t, Dr. Rajca has truly improved my quality of life.
