I had an outstanding experience renting a storage locker at Brickwork Self in State College, PA . Mckayla truly went above and beyond to assist me, handling everything with a perfect blend of professionalism and kindness. It's rare to find someone so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. She made securing a storage locker effortless and even enjoyable. Every detail was handled with care, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Outstanding !!!!.

A new and clean facility with modern technology and wonderful staff/management. However, a very flawed business model (appears driven by corporate or management company vice local employees). They have increased rent (after approximately 4 months renting at the location) nearing 40% (seems they settled on 32%ish). This is more than the increases of my natural gas, electricity, groceries and health insurance. Make it make sense. So much potential...lost.
