Had service done on my 2021 crosstrek and it was quick, speedy and done right! Thank you all so much! The ladies at the front desk were friendly and told me about my car. The technicians washed the cars windshield and were very patient with me. Everything from scheduling the appt, to check in, to check out were quick, easy and painless! I went here for my free inspection a year after purchasing my car from them. I chose to wait while it was getting inspected, waited about an hour and a half I'd say. It went by quick though. The lady at the desk was super nice and updated me throughout the whole process. She was very honest and didn't try to upsell me on anything which I really appreciated. Bought a truck here in the beginning of January, my third vehicle in a row from Bridgeland. Bobby D is class act salesperson. Great to deal with!! In the next couple weeks, there were a few very minor things that showed up with the truck that cause me to call and make an appointment to have them addressed.
