I purchased my Camaro in May of 2024. It was an amazing experience. There were some minor cosmetic painting that was needed that they offered to take care of without me asking. I brought it back when they had the paint in stock. It was actually “Pull me over red”. One year later, I needed to have it inspected on a Saturday at the end of the May. We were able to get our truck in for an inspection and oil change promptly . Which the inspection is free when you buy your car at Bridgeland auto :) We wanted to pay over the phone with my credit card when work was done and Courtney was great to talk with and take care of it for us ! They are professional and courtesy.
Bought a vehicle for my daughter from Bridgeland Auto. Unfortunately, Lincoln has a known problem with the 2.0L ecoboost and faulty head design. After a year and a half the engine started using coolant. Thank goodness we went for the extended warranty. Courtney in service was amazing and went to bat for us, getting the warranty company to replace the engine with a brand new one from Ford. Just moved to the area not to long ago and it took me so long to find a decent dealership. Bridgeland auto service center has been the only place I have found that is AMAZING! They are kind, quick and good communication! The prices were really good as well! I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Never will I choose a different place!
