Had a broken Tannou cover needing replacement along with an oil change & a NYS inspection. Took a little over 2 hours, I was pretty comfortable in their waiting area. I bought my truck from this place and always love going there for anything. They even washed my truck once finished! Never had that happen anywhere else! I gave it a 4-star for the only reason that I wanted my tannou cover replaced with the exact same hard panel tri-fold cover. Unfortunately my new cover is a softer fabric tri-fold. Brought my vehicle in for service and was greeted with very professional staff. Courtney was terrific. Dan was the best and Tim was very informative and worked very hard to take care of my niece. Not sure of the woman’s name but the one that did the paperwork regarding my vehicle that I purchased the 2021 bronco Badlands Advance she was very thorough and prompt with the paperwork so I didn’t have to go back coming from Connecticut pleasant atmosphere very professional got to meet the owner. Very nice gentlemen prides on perfection and Love that would recommend to my friends, family and coworkers.
Once again Bridgeland delivers! I bought a gorgeous BMW X3 a few months back and like possible with any used car, I heard a weird sound suddenly. Big love to Kelly for getting me in immediately and to Dan for taking care of business just as fast! The entire Bridgeland experience from purchasing to service has been nothing short of perfection! 💚
Kelly was great to deal with. However the service department needs to 1. Do a better job of answering the phone. And 2. Service needs to update their warranty contact phone numbers as i almost ended up having to pay out of pocket because they didn’t call the proper warranty provider. Other than that they did an excellent job getting my car fixed
