Brought my vehicle in for service and was greeted with very professional staff. Courtney was terrific. Dan was the best and Tim was very informative and worked very hard to take care of my niece. I purchased my Camaro in May of 2024. It was an amazing experience. There were some minor cosmetic painting that was needed that they offered to take care of without me asking. I brought it back when they had the paint in stock. It was actually “Pull me over red”. One year later, I needed to have it inspected on a Saturday at the end of the May. Bridgeland Auto Brokers provided excellent service last month when they handled warranty repairs on my van. They completed all repairs under warranty, kept me informed at every step, and communicated updates promptly. I appreciate their professionalism, transparency, and the effort they put into getting my van back on the road. Highly recommended.
Putting all the parts back together would be a great start, but making a customer come back to pick up parts that were never put back on the motor is kind of amateur at best. 62 mile round trip and not a single apology for their mistake. Wasn't impressed again. One star this time cause I had to pick atleast one.
Sales rep promises to replace mud flaps on the vehicle I purchased, service dept gathered details and followed through with no issues. Service was done in a timely manner with courteous responses to any questions I had about the vehicle. The you lady and young man I dealt with, we're 100% professionals. I would recommend the service dept at Bridgeland Auto, be anyone's 1st choice.
