Resident I’ve been a resident here since December and I can honestly say I love it here, very peaceful and quiet along with the cleanliness. I can’t wait until spring and summer to utilize the complex amenities, grilling and the pool!! I would like to add the staff here is amazing!! They are very efficient and fast acting to all of your needs, Sara and Doug are amazing and has helped me with a lot of my inquiries here at the complex
Misleading Amenities, Poor Unit Conditions, and Not Worth the Fees I would not recommend living here based on my experience so far. The property was significantly misrepresented at the time of leasing, and many of the advertised amenities either don’t exist or are not properly maintained. Wouldn't recommend Since moving into my unit in December, my experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The most serious issue is that I have been without heat for the entire winter due to a malfunctioning thermostat and heating system. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests and sending repeated emails, the issue has still not been properly resolved.
